Effort Value training (EV)

For people who have trouble with getting strong pokemon, u should use EV training. An EV, or and Effort Value, is a thing u get after every battle, determined by the type of pokemon. Correct me if im wrong, but i think for every 4 ev's u get in a certain stat, u get 1 more point in that stat. certain pokemon give certain ev's, like geodude gives defense, and gastly gives special attack. When u lvl up after ev training, usually ur pokemons stats increase by a lot more, but sometimes the effect is spread out through a few levels. U can only get about 550 ev's, give or take cuz i forgot how many. Here you should post which pokemon give which ev's.
