2) no being mean
if you are mean, you will be warned ONCE, then you will be punished

3) no advertising
if you advertise a website, you will be punished. its okay to tell someone about a site for something they need "since ur looking for lego pieces, why do u try ebay or something like that."
4) Treat others the way u wanna be treated
